HIMALAYAN is a brand that sells Fairtrade products from Nepal. We mainly sell hemp bags and wallets. We are based in the Netherlands and sell our products all over the world via the internet.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of the newsletter you will find an “unsubscribe from newsletter” link. Click on this. You will then be redirected to our website and you can confirm the unsubscription.
Order & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
In our webshop you can pay with Ideal, Bancontact/MisterCash, Giropay, EPS, Sofortbanking, Klarna Postpay, Bitcoin, Paypal, Creditcard and Prepayment. If you select prepayment, the order will only be shipped when payment has been received.
How can I place an order?
Once you have found an item you want, you can place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the product page and clicking on the Add to Cart button. At the top right, you will see how many products are in your shopping cart. If you click on the shopping cart icon with your mouse, you will see the total amount and also the option to checkout. Fill in your address details (or log in if you already have an account) and pay via one of the payment methods. You will receive a confirmation email if your order has been successfully completed.
How do I use my coupon?
If you have a coupon you can use it on the checkout page.
Warranty period
What is the warranty period?
All our bags and wallets have a 1-year warranty period.
My product is broken. What now?
If the product breaks within the warranty period, please contact our customer service. We will look into the defect and how it can best be repaired.
We can still help you if the warranty period has expired. Contact us via info [at] himalayanbagshop [dot] com to find a solution together.
If it is a minor defect, you can consider going to a repair cafe in the area.
If the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise treated carelessly, no warranty applies.

How do I log in to my account?
At the top right of the website you will find a button with “login”. Click on this. Then log in with the email address and password that you used when ordering.
How can I change my password?
When you are logged into your account, you can change your password under My Account > Account Details.
Shipping and Returns
What are the delivery times?
We do our utmost to get the package to you as soon as possible. Our products are shipped with PostNL on all working days and on Saturdays.
In general, a delivery time of 1-2 business days applies within NL and 2-5 business days within West EU. In the document below you will find a current overview of the delivery times for all countries in the world.
Parcels over €100.00 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For other countries in Europe this is slightly higher. For the shipping rates you can consult the table below.

How can I track my order?
In the confirmation email of your order you will find a link with a tracking code with which you can track your order. You can also find this link when you log in to your account on our website. After clicking the link you will be redirected to the DHL website where you will find information about the status of the shipment of your package.
Exchanges and Returns
Until when can I return my product?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
What are the costs for returns?
The costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to HIMALAYAN with all delivered products in the original condition and packaging.
When will I get my money back?
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Incorrectly delivered/defective products
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to the entrepreneur in writing within 4 weeks after delivery. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
Can I exchange my product?
If you would prefer a different product, you can return the package. As soon as we have received the package (in original condition and packaging) we will send the new product. The costs for the return shipment and the shipping of the new package are at your expense.
