Is the product broken within the warranty period? Please contact our customer service. We will look at which defect it is and how it can best be repaired.

Even if the warranty period has expired, we can still help you. Please contact us to come to a solution together.

When does warranty not apply?

If the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise careless handling, no warranty applies.
