How can I track my shipment?

In the confirmation email of your order you will find a link with tracking code with which you can track your order. You can also find this link when you log in to your account on our website. After clicking the link you will be redirected to the DHL website where you will find information about the status of the shipment of your package.

When will my package be delivered?

* For the Netherlands a delivery time of 1-2 working days applies
* For Belgium a delivery time of 2-3 working days applies
* For Germany and other EU countries a delivery time of 3-7 working days applies.

Do I have warranty?

The warranty period is indicated for all our products. Read more about our service regarding defects and warranty conditions on the warranty page.

Is it possible to pick up at your location?

There is no possibility to pick up the package.
