Until when can I return my product?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

What are the costs for return?

The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered products will be returned to HIMALAYAN in the original condition and packaging.

When will I get my money back?

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Wrongly delivered / defective products?

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to the entrepreneur in writing within 4 weeks after delivery. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition.

Can I exchange my product?

If you prefer to have another product, you can return the package. As soon as we have received the package (in original condition and packaging), we will send the new product. The costs for the return shipment and the shipping of the new package are for your account.
